This is certainly a fast way to share knowledge and show that we are active participants in the Web2.0 community. It is a fantastic way for Information Services Librarians to harness all of their extensive knowledge. By collecting and employing the loads of knowledge each librarian stores in their memory we can improve efficiency and therefore customer service. We could have a list of resources in one place for answering specific questions and tips on what resources to use. Its great for pooling knowledge, collaboration, and coordination.
